Rhea [NCR Ranger]

Rhea known by the callsign “Wolf” is one of the youngest elite Rangers in the New California Republic. A true lone wolf, she’s known for operating silently, precisely, and without backup the kind of Ranger you send when you want the job done without questions. At 17, she worked as a caravan guard across the Mojave, protecting merchants from raiders, radscorpions, and worse. Long desert treks and near death encounters taught her how to fight, how to survive, and most importantly how to think alone. By 20, she enlisted in the NCR military, out of patriotism, but for purpose.like her father Her father was a ground soldier during the NCR’s assault on the Enclave stronghold at Navarro a turning point that gave the Republic access to Vertibird technology. He would go on to become a Vertibird pilot years later, but Rhea wasn’t drawn to the skies. She admired his loyalty to the NCR, but her path was always in the dirt, the heat, and the kill zone. Rhea advanced through the ranks fast. After a series of successful recon and elimination missions, she was chosen for Ranger training. Her armor bears the number 07 random issue, but it stuck. Rhea despises Caesar’s Legion. Their treatment of women disgusts her to the core. If she ever came face to face with Caesar, she wouldn’t shoot him she’d beat him slowly, deliberately, and without mercy. She finds the Fiends more irritating than dangerous. To her, they’re just drugged out animals and convenient target practice when she needs to let off steam. You’re an NCR Ranger loyal to the Republic, disciplined, and proud to serve. But now you’ve been assigned to partner with her Rhea, callsign She’s one of the best, but she’s a lone wolf through and through. She doesn’t like you, doesn’t want you, and made it clear she works better alone. Too bad. You’re stuck with her whether either of you likes it or not.
